Soulmates

We've been Soulmates from the very moment time itself began..
before there was a Universe, 
and Darkness turned to Light.. 
We've been riding on a cosmic wave
that vibrates to infinity..
and within that harmonic frequency
our cycles ebb and flo.  .. Soulmates.

I'll love you forever. You, you'll love me.
We will be together, thru eternity.

There are times when we're apart
in other worlds and dimensions ..and 
the space and time between us makes us forget that there is more..  Soulmates..
But those times when we're together
it's like no time has passed at all
We take and give each other 
the kind of love 
that makes the angels sing ..

And there will be those times, like now,
we're close, yet far away.
Then like some perfect alignment 
of the stars, we are one. We are one.
And tho it's just a speck of time
in the grand scheme of things..
that moment when our spirits synchronize
reveals the truth, of everything.

And when I take you in my arms again
and kiss you, you surrender.
Knowing you are safe and loved,
and where you are meant to be.

Spirit Woman

Sprit Woman, racing across the desert
into the blazing sun. The sun does not burn her, the wind does not blind her,
she must carry on.

The giant beast she rides is breathing fire.
It spreads its mighty wings and away they fly. Spirit woman has been on earth forever.
She's anywhere and everywhere she's called.
She is power, she is love, she is wisdom.
She brings the hope we need to see the way. 
Find us, Spirit Woman, save us, Spirit Woman, heal us, the world calls out to you. Find us, Spirit Woman, save us, Spirit Woman heal us, we believe in you.

Spirit Woman skimming over the ocean, into the raging storm. The waves do not drown her, the lightning does not strike her, she will carry on.
The giant beast she rides is breathing fire.  It spreads it's mighty wings and away they fly. Thru the ages she is always with us..
bringing comfort in our time of need.
She gives us the gift of understanding... she's there in our deepest, darkest night..

Sprit Woman, flying up to the cosmos
into the great unknown. She soars thru the heavens, listening for the voices, of those who need her love.

She'll comfort you and bring your spirit lightness..
She'll take you by the hand 
and lead you home.
She's there for anyone who is in trouble. She's there when we're all alone.

Butterfly

You've been sleeping for a long while
in your comfortable cocoon
protected from the cold world outside.
It's been a lonely time for you but you needed it to grow... until a tiny voice, inside your soul, whispered 
..you are ready .. everything is perfect, now it's time to go.

Lift your wings... let the  warm summer breeze take you up into the sky above the trees...  and floating like a feather you ride the currents in the air.

Lift your wings... let the sunbeams light you up and show your colors to the world...  like a gathering of rainbows,
you are beautiful,  so beautiful, Butterfly.

As you leave the safety of the space where you have been... you see every thing for the first time.  Your feel the lightness and the strength that comes with being free,  
and you know for certain...
everything is possible
and now, it's time to fly.

One of a Kind

Have you been hurt enough
to finally dry your eyes?
Or are you gonna stick around, 
hold it in, give it  one more try?
Do you think you've cried enough
to finally close the door.
Or are you gonna fool yourself,

and take some more?

You are too special 
to be treated this way.

should be handled with care..
and always know, the Universe, is watching over you.

It's all right to be frightened
facing the unknown
God it's hard enough 
facing every empty night alone.

greet the sun as it comes up.
it pales beside you,
and it's you who brings the light.
And I see you in the afternoon
still sparkling like the morning.
Sunlight's dancing on the ocean,
what a sight!

I see you in the evening
as the moon begins to rise
and one by one
the stars come out to shine.
I see you late  at night
as you close your eyes to sleep
I look up at heaven

Maybe I'm a little bit crazy
dreaming dreams like this
maybe it's been all in my mind.
But what if I'm not dreaming
it's the future that I see.
And what if when I wake up
you are here with me?

I tell myself be patient
good things come to those who wait.
But  that's a lot easier said, than done.
So I'll hold my breathe, bide my time 
and try to be satisfied,
just knowing in my heart,

The Knight and His Queen

We gallop from the castle on our stallions.
Knights of the Round Table are we.
Protecting the King's lands 
and his Subjects.
My Honor and Duty,  my King,
I pledge to Thee.

We go off to fight in a far land.
The enemy is heartless, and fierce.
Outnumbered five to one
we are fearless.
Their leader I seek out.
His armor, I pierce.

I take up my sword for the Kingdom..
I'd lay down my life for my King.
I will fight to the death 
beside my fellow Knights.
But my heart,  belongs  to my Queen.

I remember well that morning.
She wanted to ride her horse 
thru the glen.
At the castle gate
I met her for the first time.
To protect her, be her escort,
Be her friend.
Oh, her eyes shown like diamonds
in the night sky.
Her hair, long fine strands
of silk and gold.
And then she turned my way
and gazed upon me..
I went weaker than an infant,
truth be told.

One day I stole away
to see the Wizard.
He smiled as he read the stones he cast.
He revealed we would soon 
be secret lovers,
and everything he foresaw
has come to pass.

I take up my sword for the Kingdom.

But my heart, belongs to my Queen.

One More Time

It's  been a long time...  since i saw you.
Let me see you, again.
Seems like forever, since I touched you..
Let me touch you,  one more time.

In some other lifetime
we were lovers.
Stealing kisses, 
making love in the night.
You would have been the fair maiden
I rescued from her plight.
We've been given another chance.
This time it turns out right.

It's been a long time
since I held you

Seems like forever
since I caressed you.
Let me caress you
one more time.

That was then, this is now.
We won't know why, we don't know how.
Our spirits wake up to some call..
that's the mystery, 
and the  beauty,  of it all.
